Description
Im Rahmen der Einrichtung des DEMONSTRATION AND INNOVATION CENTER FOR TEXTILE CIRCULAR ECONOMY (DICE) am Standort des TITK in Rudolstadt ist geplant, eine Anlage zum Aufschluss verschiedener cellulosereicher Materialien, wie landwirtschaftliche Reststoffe, Einjahrespflanzen und Baumwollfasern aus dem Textilrecycling, zu Zellstoff für die Erspinnung von Regeneratfasern nach dem Direktlöseverfahren zu errichten. Diese Anlage soll in der Lage sein, mit zwei Kochungen pro Tag und fünf Betriebstagen pro Woche eine Menge von 100 kg Zellstoff pro Woche herzustellen. Dies entspricht einer verarbeiteten Rohstoffmasse von bis zu 285 kg pro Woche. Die Kernstücke der Anlage werden ein Druckbehälter zur alkalischen Kochung und ein druckloser Behälter zur sauren Nachwäsche und Peroxidbleiche sein. Hinzu kommt jeweils ein Vormischbehälter für die Prozesschemikalien der Reaktorbehälter
