Predmetom zákazky je nákup, dodávka elektriny pre odberné miesta obstarávateľa ako odberateľa v dohodnutom množstve a čase vrátane prevzatia zodpovednosti za odchýlku, zabezpečenie distribúcie elektriny a prístupu odberateľa do distribučnej sústavy, systémové služby spojené s použitím sústavy a s distribúciou a prenosom elektriny (distribučné služby) od príslušného prevádzkovateľa distribučnej sústavy, ku ktorej sú odberné miesta obstarávateľa pripojené podľa podmienok tohto prevádzkovateľa distribučnej sústavy.
