Predmet javnega naročila je: Zavarovanje odgovornosti pristaniškega operaterja in pristaniške uprave / zavarovanje splošne odgovornosti Luke Koper, d.d., hčerinske družbe Adria Terminali, d.o.o. ter zunanjih pogodbenih partnerjev, za zavarovalno obdobje 12 mesecev (od 1. 6. 2025 do vključno 31. 5. 2026) oz. eno leto od podpisa pogodbe v kolikor bi do podpisa prišlo po 1. 6. 2025. Limit kritja je 70.000.000 (sedemdeset milijonov) EUR po posameznem dogodku in v letnem agregatu. Limit krijta predstavlja skupno zavarovalno kritje po posameznem primeru in za vse zavarovalne primere, v času veljavnosti police.
