Predmet javnega naročila je zavarovanje, s katerim je zavarovana morebitna kršitev dolžnosti zavarovanih oseb HSE d.o.o. in družb skupine HSE pri izvajanju funkcije oz. del in nalog. V zavarovalni stroki se za to zavarovanje uporablja izraz D&O zavarovanje, po vrsti gre za kolektivno D&O zavarovanje. Podrobnejša specifikacija naročila je razvidna iz tehničnih specifikacij - tehničnega dela dokumentacije, ki jo zainteresirani ponudniki pridobijo po pravilih te dokumentacije. Zaprti del dokumentacije lahko pridobijo le potencialni ponudniki, ki izpolnjujejo pogoje, predstavljene v javnem delu dokumentacije v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila.
