Předmětem veřejné zakázky je provedení rekonstrukce halového objektu, u kterého se stavbou nemění jeho účel, který se nachází v uzavřeném vojenském areálu města Žatec v Ústeckém kraji, tzn. provedení stavebních prací v rámci investiční akce "Žatec, Kasárna kpt. Jasioka - myčka - výstavba" v rozsahu a podle dokumentace pro provádění stavby zpracované firmou Arch.Design, s.r.o. pod zakázkovým číslem 4691 a podle stavebního povolení čj. MO 535276/2024-1322 ze dne 12. listopadu 2024. Součástí zadávacích podmínek je i část projektové dokumentace ve stupni utajení "Vyhrazené"
