Przedmiotem Zamówienia jest zaprojektowanie i budowa źródła energii elektrycznej i ciepła opartego na układzie kogeneracyjnym o mocy poniżej 19,99 MW zawartej w paliwie, składającego się z dwóch jednakowych wysokosprawnych jednostek wytwórczych – silników tłokowych spalinowych zasilanych gazem ziemnym GZ50 oraz usługa serwisu agregatów kogeneracyjnych w okresie do 96 000 godzin pracy tych agregatów.
