Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa fabrycznie nowego średniego samochodu ratowniczo–gaśniczego z napędem 4x4 dla Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Torkach. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ. W przypadku użycia w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia odniesień do norm, europejskich ocen technicznych, aprobat, specyfikacji technicznych i systemów referencji technicznych Zamawiający dopuszcza rozwiązania równoważne opisywanym. Wykonawca analizując opis przedmiotu zamówienia powinien założyć, że każdemu odniesieniu użytemu w dokumentacji projektowej towarzyszą wyrazy „lub równoważne".
