1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup średniego pojazdu ratowniczo-gaśniczego dla OSP w Brzeżnie. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi Załącznik nr 7 do SWZ. 2. Wykonawca zobowiązuje się do dostarczenia Zamawiającemu fabrycznie nowego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego wraz z wyposażeniem, zgodnie ze Specyfikacją Warunków Zamówienia, załącznikami do niej, oraz umową.
