Przedmiotem zamówienia jest „Zakup paliw, innych dostaw i usług do samochodów służbowych Państwowej Inspekcji Pracy” dla jednostek organizacyjnych Państwowej Inspekcji Pracy wskazanych w załączniku nr 2b do swz „Wykaz jednostek PIP (załącznik nr 1 do Umowy), realizowany zgodnie z: 1. Ustawą z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r.- Prawo energetyczne (Dz.U.2024 r., poz. 266 ze zm.); 2. „Opisem przedmiotu zamówienia” stanowiącym załącznik nr 2a do swz; 3. „Formularzem cenowym” stanowiącym załącznik 2 do swz; 4. „Wzorem umowy” stanowiącym załącznik nr 13 do swz.
