Szczegółowe informacje dotyczące opisu, zakresu i warunków realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia określa „Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ)” stanowiący załącznik nr 2 do SWZ oraz „Projektowane postanowienia umowy, które zostaną wprowadzone do treści zawieranej umowy (PPU)” stanowiące załącznik nr 3 do SWZ.
