Description
Przedmiot zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa leków do magazynu apteki szpitalnej mieszczącej się w siedzibie Szpitala Powiatowego w Rawiczu Sp. z o.o. przy ul. Gen. Grota Roweckiego 6, 63-900 Rawicz. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. Zamawiający podał wielkości opakowań jako sugerowane ale Wykonawca ma prawo zaoferować opakowania inne. Jeżeli z przeliczeń wyjdzie wartość ułamkowa opakowania należy podać ilość z 2 miejscami po przecinku. Zamawiający wymaga wpisania kodu EAN w pozycjach, które ten kod posiadają.
