Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej w rozumieniu Ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. Prawo Energetyczne (t.j. Dz.U. z 2024 r. poz. 266 z późn. zm.) zwanej dalej Ustawą Prawo Energetyczne do obiektów Zamawiającego przez okres od dnia 1 stycznia 2026 r. do dnia 31 grudnia 2028 r. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. Zamawiający informuje, że planowane zużycie energii elektrycznej wynosi 5 560,53 MWh na okres od dnia 1 stycznia 2026 r. do dnia 31 grudnia 2028 r. (1 853,51 MWh/ na każde 12 miesięcy).
