Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej na rok 2025 o łącznej szacunkowej ilości: 45 524,200 MWh, w tym na potrzeby własne obiektów ZMPG S.A. w ilości 5 395,880 MWh oraz do odsprzedaży dla odbiorców ZMPG S.A. w ilości 40 128,320 MWh. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia wraz z załącznikami (OPZ), stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. 3. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie zgodnie z opisem przedmiotu zamówienia oraz na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy (PPU), stanowiących załącznik nr 7 do SWZ.
