Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup energii elektrycznej na potrzeby obiektów Muzeum Narodowego w Poznaniuzgodnie z przepisami ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. Prawo energetyczne (t. j. Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 266 ze zm.). orazOpisem Przedmiotu Zamówienia stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ (dalej „OPZ”) i zgodnie z ProjektowanymiPostanowieniami Umowy (dalej „PPU”) stanowiącymi Załącznik nr 5 do SWZ. Zamawiający w OPZ wskazał wymaganiajakościowe dostarczanej energii elektrycznej oraz standardy jakościowe obsługi odbiorcy końcowego.
