Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest Zakup energii elektrycznej dla obiektów wskazanych w zał. nr 1 do SWZ, zgodnie z przepisami ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997r. Prawo energetyczne, Kodeksu Cywilnego oraz przepisami wykonawczymi wydanymi na ich podstawie. Zamówienie – zakup energii elektrycznej do obiektów wymienionych w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ: 1) Szacunkowe zapotrzebowanie energii elektrycznej w okresie od 01.01.2024 r. do 31.12.2025 r. wynosi 65 933 305,00 kWh.
