Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest Zakup energii elektrycznej dla obiektów wskazanych w zał. nr 1 do SWZ, zgodnie z przepisami ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997r. Prawo energetyczne, Kodeksu Cywilnego oraz przepisami wykonawczymi wydanymi na ich podstawie. Szacunkowe zapotrzebowanie energii elektrycznej w okresie od 01.01.2026 r. do 31.12.2027 r. wynosi 5 552 924 kWh.
