Description
1. Przedmiot Zamówienia obejmuje sprzedaż zamawiającemu i dostawę do wskazanej przez zamawiającego lokalizacji ciężkiego wozu ratowniczo-gaśniczego dla Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Wieruszowie. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia wraz z wyposażeniem ma być fabrycznie nowy i wolny od wad konstrukcyjnych, materiałowych, wykonawczych i prawnych. 3. Podstawowe wymagania, jakie powinien spełniać przedmiot zamówienia, zostały przez zamawiającego wskazane w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ – opisie przedmiotu zamówienia.
