Zajištění kompletních služeb v oblasti odpadového hospodářství pro zadavatele, a to v rozsahu a za podmínek uvedených v této zadávací dokumentaci, v souladu s platnými právními předpisy České republiky, zejména zák. č. 541/2020 Sb., o odpadech (dále jen „zákon o odpadech“).
