Description
Cilj naročila je vzdrževati osvežene (ažurne) izvorne podatke sledi vozil, kar je osnovni pogoj za kakovostno in nemoteno delovanje FCD platforme in za zagotavljanje prometnih podatkov. Zajem se mora izvajati časovno učinkovito oziroma tako, da je možno izvajati prometne analize v realnem času. Pridobivanje masovnih podatkov o gibanju vozil v realnem času je dandanes osnova za razvoj in delovanje modernih sistemov za spremljanje in upravljanje prometa, kar je glavni rezultat javnega naročila.
