Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług polegających na zagospodarowaniu odpadów komunalnych z terenu Gminy Twardogóra, obejmujących zagospodarowanie niesegregowanych (zmieszanych) odpadów komunalnych oraz odpadów zebranych selektywnie od właścicieli nieruchomości objętych systemem gospodarowania odpadami komunalnymi (nieruchomości zamieszkałych), oraz zebranych w Punkcie Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych (PSZOK) - od mieszkańców.
