Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa zagospodarowania odpadów komunalnych z terenu Gminy Miejskiej Łeba w instalacji przetwarzania odpadów komunalnych w okresie od 1 stycznia 2025 r. do 31 grudnia 2026 roku. Odpady przekazane do zagospodarowania będą pochodziły z nieruchomości zamieszkałych i mieszanych (w części zamieszkałych i w części niezamieszkałych) położonych na terenie Gminy Miejskiej Łeba oraz Punktu Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych (PSZOK).
