Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zagospodarowanie poprzez odzysk lub unieszkodliwienie odpadów komunalnych zmieszanych oraz odpadów segregowanych pochodzących z nieruchomości położonych na terenie Gminy Stare Babice, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy, a także z Gminnego Punktu Selektywnego Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych (zwanym dalej GPSZOK), w okresie od dnia 01.01.2025 r. do 31.12.2025 r., zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa.
