Cette consultation s'adresse à des opérateurs immobiliers ou groupements solidaires d'opérateurs immobiliers en mesure de faire une offre unique et solidaire pour le programme de la présente consultation. Celle-ci vise à sélectionner un promoteur/opérateur immobilier associé avec un ou plusieurs architectes pour la cession de droits à construire de l'ordre de 40 à 50 logements répartis en 2 lots au sein de la ZAC des 4 Saisons. Une diversité architecturale et paysagère harmonieuse étant recherchée au sein de ce projet, le pouvoir adjudicateur sera attentif à la possibilité de disposer d'un architecte distinct par lot. Lot 1 : îlots B, F, I et H Lot 2 : îlots A, C, E et G Le détail de ces lots est présenté dans le cahier des charges joint à la présente consultation. Les logements sont répartis entre logements individuels et collectifs. 14 seront construits en VEFA au profit d'un bailleur social identifié
