Predmetom zákazky je zber a preprava komunálneho odpadu a vyseparovaných zložiek z komunálneho odpadu vznikajúcich na území mesta Vrútky za účelom ich zhodnotenia alebo zneškodnenia v súlade s platným zákonom o odpadoch a v súlade s platným VZN o komunálnom odpade a o drobnom stavebnom odpade v meste Vrútky, v znení neskorších zmien a dodatkov (ďalej len ako služby").
