Description
De NZa wenst de huidige, on-premise omgeving te vervangen door een moderne, cloudgebaseerde en modulaire informatievoorziening op basis van Software as a Service (SaaS). De continuïteit van het technisch beheer van de huidige omgeving is niet langer geborgd na afloop van de bestaande beheerovereenkomst, waardoor tijdige livegang van de nieuwe Oplossing noodzakelijk is voor de continuïteit van de bedrijfskritische, primaire processen van de NZa. De gewenste Oplossing bestaat uit drie samenhangende, doch separate percelen: een Zaaksysteem, een Document Management Systeem (DMS) met Recordmanagementfunctionaliteit, en een omnichannel oplossing voor het bundelen van klantcontact. Hiermee wil de NZa zaakgericht werken, dossiervorming, archivering en klantcontact via meerdere kanalen op eenduidige en gestructureerde wijze ondersteunen, met een duurzaam toegankelijke en betrouwbare informatiehuishouding die is toegesneden op de verwerking van gevoelige persoonsgegevens.
