Description
De opdracht bestaat uit het werkend opleveren en vervolgens als SaaS-dienst ter beschikking stellen, inclusief beheer, onderhoud, doorontwikkeling en ondersteuning, van een modulaire, component-gebaseerde oplossing voor het zaakgericht werken, met een specifieke inrichting voor de gemeente. De oplossing dient de functionaliteit te bieden zoals nader gespecificeerd in het Programma van Eisen (PvE)(bijlage 1), de bijbehorende casuïstiek en de hieronder beschreven gewenste situatie (paragraaf 2.5), onderverdeeld in componenten. zie aanbestedingsdocument.
