Předmětem nadlimitní veřejné zakázky na služby „Z3 – Výstavba laboratorního pavilonu – modulární výstavba – manažer projektu“ jsou služby manažera projektu (správce stavby), které budou realizovány v souvislosti s výstavbou nového objektu Pavilonu Z3 v areálu Zadavatele, tj. v areálu Institutu klinické a experimentální medicíny na adrese Vídeňská 1958/9, 140 21 Praha 4 – Krč) na pozemcích parc. č. 2262, 2261/2, 2261/4, 2261/27, 2261/36, 846/3 a 846/6, vše v katastrálním území Krč, obec Praha, ve kterém bude umístěno laboratorní pracoviště, s tím, že tato stavba bude realizována formou modulární výstavby.
