Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η Υγειονομική Ταφή των αστικών στερεών απορριμμάτων της περιοχής του Δήμου Πατρέων, στον Χ.Υ.Τ.Α. Πάτρας στην θέση Ξερόλακκα, καθώς και όλων των απορριμμάτων που φθάνουν στο χώρο διάθεσης µε ιδιωτικά μεταφορικά μέσα, εφόσον τυγχάνουν της έγκρισης του φορέα διαχείρισης καθώς και οι εργασίες που προκύπτουν ως προϊόν της υγειονομικής ταφής
