Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wymiana zbiorników ciśnieniowych na sprężone powietrze służące do rozruchu silnika napędowego lodołamacza. Zbiorniki te, jako urządzenia techniczne objęte dozorem technicznym, zgodnie z art. 14 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 21 grudnia 2000 r. o dozorze technicznym (Dz.U. z 2024 r. poz. 1194), mogą być eksploatowane wyłącznie na podstawie decyzji zezwalającej na eksploatację, wydanej przez właściwy organ jednostki dozoru technicznego.
