Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 530 – „Ustawa o lasach”) obejmujące wykonanie usług z zakresu gospodarki leśnej w leśnictwie Czarne Wielkie. Postępowanie prowadzone jest w trybie zamówienia z wolnej ręki na podstawie art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 7 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 roku Prawo zamówień publicznych (tekst jedn. Dz. U. 2024 r., poz. 1320 z późn. zm. – „PZP”) oraz aktów wykonawczych do PZP.
