Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 567 – „Ustawa o lasach”) obejmujące prace z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna, edukacji leśnej, zagospodarowania turystycznego do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Zawadzkie w roku 2026. Zakres rzeczowy przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje sumarycznie ilości wynikające z załącznika nr 2 do SWZ. Miejscem realizacji zamówienia będzie obszar Nadleśnictwa Zawadzkie. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość udzielenia zamówień, o których mowa w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 7) PZP, w okresie 3 lat od dnia udzielenia zamówienia podstawowego.
