Description
Przedmiotem planowanych zamówień jest wykonywanie usług z zakresu gospodarki leśnej w 2027 r. zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2026 r. poz. 663 – „Ustawa o lasach”) obejmujące prace z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna oraz utrzymania obiektów turystycznych na terenie Nadleśnictwa Zagnańsk. Zamawiający przewiduje udzielanie części zamówień w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego oraz części zamówień w ramach dynamicznego systemu zakupów. Niniejsze wstępne ogłoszenie informacyjne służy skróceniu terminu składania ofert w odniesieniu do zamówień planowanych do udzielenia w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego. Zakres przewidziany do udzielania w ramach dynamicznego systemu zakupów będzie objęty odrębną procedurą prowadzoną zgodnie z art. 316–324 ustawy Prawo zamówień publicznych.
