Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 567– „Ustawa o lasach”) obejmujące prace z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna, gospodarki łąkowo-rolnej oraz utrzymania obiektów leśnych do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Tychowo w roku 2026. Zakres rzeczowy przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje sumaryczne ilości prac z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna, gospodarki łąkowo-rolnej oraz utrzymania obiektów leśnych wynikające z Załącznika nr 2 do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia ("SWZ"). Przedmiot zamówienia zostaje podzielony na 15 części ("Pakiety"). Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w SWZ wraz z załącznikami.
