Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2023 r. poz. 1356 ze zm. – „Ustawa o lasach”) obejmujące wykonanie usług z zakresu pozyskania i zrywki drewna tzn. masowo wydzielającym się posuszem oraz pilną potrzebą usunięcia z lasu zasiedlonego posuszu iglastego.
