Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 530 z późn. zm. – „Ustawa o lasach”) obejmujące prace z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna, szkółkarstwa leśnego, selekcji drzew leśnych utrzymania obiektów leśnych oraz prowadzenia zadrzewień do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Płock w roku 2025. Planowana data rozpoczęcia i zakończenia realizacji umowy: 01.01.2025r.-31.12.2025r. Postępowanie prowadzone jest w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego na podstawie art. 129 ust. 1 pkt 1) w zw. z art. 129 ust. 2 oraz art. 132-139 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych PZP.
