Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 567 – „Ustawa o lasach”) obejmujące prace z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna dla pakietów od I do XIII, szkółkarstwa i nasiennictwa dla pakietu XIV oraz melioracji agrotechnicznych i przygotowania gleby dla pakietu XV, do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Oława, w roku 2026. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość udzielenia zamówień, o których mowa w art.214 ust.1 pkt7) PZP, w okresie 3 lat od dnia udzielenia zamówienia podstawowego. Zakres rzeczowy usług stanowiących przedmiot zamówień, o których mowa w zdaniu poprzednim nie przekroczy 50 % wartości niniejszego zamówienia.
