Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2023 r. poz. 1356 ze zm. – „Ustawa o lasach”) obejmujące prace z pozyskania i zrywki drewna, hodowli lasu, ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej lasu, utrzymania turystycznego, gospodarki łąkowo rolnej, szkółkarstwa, nasiennictwa i selekcji, zadrzewień oraz ubocznego użytkowania lasu, do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Nawojowa w roku 2024
