Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (t.j. Dz.U. z 2024 r. poz. 530 – „Ustawa o lasach”) obejmujące prace z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna, nasiennictwa, szkółkarstwa oraz zagospodarowania turystycznego lasu, do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Kozienice w roku 2025. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość udzielenia zamówień, o których mowa w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 7 PZP, w okresie 3 lat od dnia udzielenia zamówienia podstawowego. Zakres rzeczowy usług stanowiących przedmiot zamówień, o których mowa w zdaniu poprzednim nie przekroczy 100% wartości niniejszego zamówienia. Planowana data rozpoczęcia i zakończenia realizacji umowy 01.01.2025 r. - 31.12.2025 r.
