Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2023 r. poz. 1356 – „Ustawa o lasach”) obejmujące prace z zakresu pozyskania i zrywki drewna do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Kolbudy w roku 2024. Zakres rzeczowy przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje sumaryczne ilości prac z zakresu pozyskania i zrywki drewna wynikające z Załącznika nr 2 do SWZ. Planowana data rozpoczęcia i zakończenia umowy: 02.01.2024 r. - 31.12.2024 r. Podana całkowita wartość zamówienia zawiera 30% opcji i 50% zamówienia z art. 214 ust. 7 ustawy PZP.
