Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2022 r. poz. 672 - "Ustawa o lasach") obejmującą sumaryczne ilości prac z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu,, ochrony przyrody, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna, nasiennictwa i selekcji, zagospodarowania turystycznego, ubocznego użytkowania lasu oraz zadrzewień na terenie Nadleśnictwa Katowice w roku 2024. Planowana data rozpoczęcia i zakończenia realizacji umowy: 01.01.2024 - 31.12.2024.
