Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 567 – „Ustawa o lasach”) obejmujące prace z zakresu hodowli lasu, ochrony przyrody i ochrony lasu, usuwania drzew niebezpiecznych, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, szkółkarstwa i nasiennictwa, turystyki, pozyskania choinek, gospodarki łąkowo-rolnej, utrzymania dróg leśnych i dojazdów pożarowych, do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Hajnówka w roku 2026. Szczegółowy zakres prac zawarty jest w dokumentach zamówienia (Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia i jej załącznikach).
