Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art.6ust.1 pkt.1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991r o lasach ( tekst. jedn.Dz.U. z 2021 r poz1275 z późn. zm.- "Ustawa o lasach") obejmujące prace z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu,ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna, a także prac szkółkarskich, nasiennictwa, zadrzewień, utrzymania obiektów turystycznych i ścieżki edukacyjnej oraz przygotowania drewna do kancelarii leśnictw do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Brodnica w 2026r
