Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 530 – „Ustawa o lasach”) obejmujące prace z zakresu gospodarki szkółkarskiej do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Bardo Śląskie, na szkółce leśnej Wilcza w roku 2025. Postępowanie prowadzone jest w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego na podstawie art. 129 ust. 1 pkt 1) w zw. z art. 129 ust. 2 oraz art. 132-139 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 1320 z późn. zm. - „PZP”) oraz aktów wykonawczych do PZP. Postępowanie jest prowadzone zgodnie z zasadami przewidzianymi dla tzw. „procedury odwróconej”, o której mowa w art. 139 ust. 1, 3-4 PZP.
