Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 567 – „Ustawa o lasach”) obejmujące prace z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna oraz produkcji szkółkarskiej, gospodarki rolno łąkowej, gospodarki łowieckiej, zagospodarowania turystycznego do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Baligród w roku 2026. 2.Zakres rzeczowy przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje sumaryczne ilości prac z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna oraz produkcji szkółkarskiej, gospodarki rolno łąkowej, gospodarki łowieckiej, zagospodarowania turystycznego wynikające z Załącznika nr 2 do SWZ, na który składają się: Zał.nr 2.1. – planowany rozmiar prac;Zał. nr 2.2.1. -szczegółowy rozmiar prac według grup czynności, czynności i lokalizacji;Zał. nr 2.2.2. - wycena wartości zamówienia dla poszczególnych prac szacowanych z wykorzystaniem Katalogu pracochłonności;Zał. nr 2.3.1. – charakterystyka leśnictwa w zakresie pozyskania drewna;.Zał. nr 2.3.2. –układ sortymentowy pozyskania drewna w leśnictwi…
