Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2023 r. poz. 1356 z późn. zm. - "Ustawa o lasach") obejmujące prace z pozyskania i zrywki drewna, hodowli lasu, ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej lasu, utrzymania turystycznego i infrastruktury leśnej, gospodarki łąkowo rolnej, szkółkarstwa, nasiennictwa i selekcji, zadrzewień, ubocznego użytkowania lasu oraz utrzymania bieżącego szlaków wywozowych i szlaków zrywkowych do wykonywania na terenie LZD Krynica w latach 2024-2027.
