Description
Postępowanie prowadzone w trybie zamówienia z wolnej ręki na podstawie art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 7 PZP oraz aktów wykonawczych PZP. Udzielenie zamówienia polega na powtórzeniu usług podobnych do usług stanowiących przedmiot zamówienia podstawowego udzielonego w dniu 14.01.2026 r. (umowa nr 2618/2026). Zakres rzeczowy usług stanowiący przedmiot niniejszego zamówienia nie przekracza 50% wartości zamówienia podstawowego zn. spr. ZG.271.4.2026. Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2025 r, poz. 567 z póź. zm. - "Ustawa o lasach") obejmujące wykonanie usług z zakresu pozyskania i zrywki drewna w leśnictwie Koczała.
