Description
Przedmiotem Zamówienia jest wykonanie robót budowlanych w branży elektroenergetycznej zgodnie z umową o roboty budowlane, dla następującego zadania wyszczególnionego przez Zamawiającego: „Stacja 110/15 Rogowiec Stary - przebudowa rozdzielni 15kV” Szczegółowy zakres rzeczowy i asortymentowy robót określa Załącznik nr 1.1 oraz 1.2 do SWZ, a wykonawca zobowiązany jest wykonać przedmiot zamówienia, w kwocie ryczałtowej. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo unieważnienia Postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego, jeżeli środki publiczne, które zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości/części zamówienia, nie zostaną mu przyznane. Zamawiający informuje, iż zgodnie z art. 257 Ustawy PZP, możliwość unieważnienia Postępowania na tej podstawie została przewidziana w ogłoszeniu o zamówieniu.
