1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest WYKONANIE OKRESOWYCH PRZEGLĄDÓW TECHNICZNYCH APARATURY MEDYCZNEJ WYKORZYSTYWANEJ W WOJEWÓDZKIM SZPITALU SPECJALISTYCZNYM IM. NAJŚWIĘTSZEJ MARYI PANNY W CZĘSTOCHOWIE. 2. Szczegółowy zakres zamówienia, w tym wykaz aparatury medycznej objętej przedmiotem zamówienia, przedstawia Załącznik Nr 3 do SWZ – Opis przedmiotu zamówienia. Pozostałe wymogi dotyczące wykonania przedmiotu zamówienia określa wzór umowy, stanowiący Załącznik Nr 9 do SWZ.
