Description

Der Standort Wuppertal wird weiter ausgebaut. Im Rahmen der Baumaßnahme wird das Staffelgeschoss (derzeit 3. OG) zurückgebaut. Der verbleibende Baukörper wird um zwei neue Geschosse (3.-4. OG) in Holzsystembauweise, teils auch in Ortbetonbauweise, aufgestockt. Die auszuschreibende Bauleistung umfasst Estrich-, Abdichtungs-, Naturstein- & Fliesenarbeiten.
