Description
Tradebroker will, on behalf of its member companies, enter into a framework agreement with two tenderers for the delivery of workwear and protective equipment. The contracting authority shall enter into framework agreements with tenderers who can deliver a wide range of work wear and protective equipment. The delivery shall safeguard the employer's statutory obligations in the Working Environment Act with the accompanying regulations. The equipment that is delivered shall fulfil the current laws, regulations, norms and EN/ISO standards for protective clothing, shoes and personal protective equipment. All workwear and protective equipment shall be produced in accordance with high ethical and social standards. See Annex 1 for information on requirements from selected customers. Short delivery times, option for profiling and deliveries of small and large volumes are required. The contracts shall have a high degree of flexibility and a high service level for the deliveries.
